How to use Gate.io Convert for instant swaps? (Quick Trade)
Gate.io官方Convert功能支持超200币种一键兑换,采用AMM引擎实时定价,0.1%固定手续费+链上Gas费,跨链转换自动处理,结算快至10秒。(155字)

Accessing the Convert Interface
1. Log in to your Gate.io account via the official website or mobile application using verified credentials.
2. Navigate to the top navigation bar and select “Trade”, then choose “Convert” from the dropdown menu.
3. The interface loads with two input fields: one for the source asset and another for the target asset.
4. No trading pair selection is required—users simply enter the amount of the originating token and select the desired output currency.
5. The system instantly calculates the estimated output based on real-time market depth and available liquidity pools.
Supported Asset Pairs and Limitations
1. Convert supports over 200 digital assets, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, XMR, DOT, ADA, and most ERC-20 and TRC-20 tokens listed on Gate.io.
2. Assets marked as delisted, staking-only tokens, or those with zero trading volume in the last 72 hours are excluded from conversion.
3. Minimum input thresholds vary per asset: BTC requires at least 0.0001 BTC, while stablecoins like USDT accept inputs as low as 0.1 USDT.
4. Maximum single-transaction limits are enforced per asset class and adjust dynamically based on circulating supply and volatility metrics.
5. Cross-chain conversions—for example, converting ERC-20 USDC to TRC-20 USDT—are processed automatically without manual network selection.
Execution Mechanics and Settlement
1. Each conversion uses an internal automated market maker (AMM) engine rather than order-book matching.
2. Slippage is capped at 0.5% for major pairs and 2% for low-liquidity tokens; users receive immediate confirmation if slippage exceeds preset tolerance.
3. Settlement occurs within one block confirmation on the destination chain, typically under 10 seconds for TRON and under 30 seconds for Ethereum.
4. The converted assets appear directly in the user’s spot wallet without requiring manual deposit actions or address verification.
5. Transaction history is timestamped, includes hash references, and remains accessible indefinitely under “Convert History”.
Fee Structure and Cost Transparency
1. A flat 0.1% service fee applies to all conversions, deducted from the output amount before settlement.
2. Network fees are displayed separately and paid in the native gas token of the destination chain—ETH for Ethereum, TRX for TRON.
3. Users can toggle between “Show Fees” and “Hide Fees” modes to view breakdowns of service cost, gas estimation, and total deduction.
4. Fee rates remain unchanged during high-load periods, unlike exchange-based market orders that may suffer dynamic fee inflation.
5. No hidden rebates, tiered discounts, or loyalty deductions apply—the fee schedule is uniform across all account verification levels.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Can I convert assets directly into my unified margin account?Yes. After conversion, select “Unified Account” as the destination wallet during the final confirmation step.
Q2: Why does the estimated output change between loading the page and clicking “Convert”?The estimate updates every 3 seconds to reflect live liquidity shifts. Final execution uses the rate locked at the moment of confirmation.
Q3: Is there a minimum balance requirement to use Convert? No minimum balance is enforced. However, accounts must hold at least the stated minimum input amount for the selected source asset.
Q4: Are cross-chain conversions subject to additional delays or failure risks?Gate.io handles cross-chain routing internally. Failures occur only if the destination chain experiences sustained congestion exceeding 15 minutes, in which case the transaction reverts automatically with full refund.
