How to enable one-tap trading on Bitget? (Quick settings)
Enable Bitget’s Quick Trade by turning on One-Tap Trading in settings, configuring default order type, size (e.g., 0.5% of USDT balance), and risk controls like TP/SL—then trade instantly via chart Buy/Sell buttons.
Mar 17, 2026 at 03:59 am
Accessing Quick Trade Settings
1. Log into your Bitget account using the official mobile application or desktop interface. Ensure two-factor authentication is active for security compliance.
2. Navigate to the trading section by selecting the Trade tab located at the bottom navigation bar on mobile or the left sidebar on desktop.
3. Tap or click the gear icon positioned in the top-right corner of the trading interface. This opens the Trading Settings panel.
4. Scroll down to locate the One-Tap Trading toggle switch. Enable it by sliding the button to the right position.
5. Confirm activation by reviewing the pop-up warning about execution speed and order placement autonomy. Tap Confirm to proceed.
Configuring Default Order Parameters
1. After enabling one-tap functionality, tap Edit Default Settings to define preset values for rapid execution.
2. Set the default order type — options include Market, Limit, and Stop-Market. Market orders are most common for one-tap use due to immediacy.
3. Input a fixed base amount or percentage of available balance to allocate per trade. For example, entering 0.5% means each tap executes an order using 0.5% of your USDT balance.
4. Choose whether to enable Take-Profit and Stop-Loss triggers by default. These fields accept absolute price levels or percentage offsets.
5. Save changes by tapping Apply. The system retains these parameters across sessions unless manually adjusted.
Using One-Tap Buttons on Chart Interface
1. Open any perpetual or spot trading pair chart, such as BTC/USDT or ETH/USDT. Ensure the chart view is active and not in depth or orderbook-only mode.
2. Look for the floating action buttons labeled Buy and Sell near the bottom edge of the chart area. These appear only when one-tap trading is enabled.
3. Tap Buy to instantly place a long order matching your saved parameters. No confirmation modal appears unless risk controls block the action.
4. Tap Sell to execute a short or close position order based on the same configuration. The platform uses current market price for market orders.
5. Observe real-time feedback: a green success banner confirms order submission; a red error message indicates insufficient balance, leverage limits, or margin constraints.
Managing Risk Controls
1. One-tap trading respects all existing risk management rules set at the account level, including maximum leverage caps and position size restrictions per symbol.
2. If your selected amount exceeds the allowable position size for a given contract, the system automatically reduces the quantity to comply with exchange-defined thresholds.
3. Margin calls trigger immediate suspension of one-tap functionality until equity recovers above maintenance levels. No manual override exists during margin deficit states.
4. Users cannot bypass liquidation safeguards even with one-tap enabled. Orders that would push the account below required margin are rejected before transmission.
5. Each executed one-tap order generates a full record in the Order History tab, including timestamps, price, size, and fee deductions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does one-tap trading support conditional orders like trailing stop or OCO?A: No. One-tap functionality only supports single-market, limit, or stop-market orders. Complex order types require manual setup via the advanced order panel.
Q: Can I disable one-tap trading for specific trading pairs only?A: No. The feature operates globally across all supported instruments. Disabling it affects every symbol simultaneously.
Q: Why does my one-tap buy button show “Insufficient Balance” even though funds are visible?A: This occurs when available margin is locked in open positions or reserved for pending orders. Check your Available Margin value in the account summary.
Q: Are one-tap orders subject to the same fee tiers as regular trades?A: Yes. Fee calculation follows your VIP level and trading volume, identical to manually placed orders on the same account tier.
