Will the deposit address of Dubai OKX change?
Yes, the deposit address of Dubai OKX will change on March 8, 2023 at 10:00 UTC. This is due to a change in the underlying blockchain infrastructure that OKX is using.
What does this mean for users?
Users will need to update their deposit addresses on or before March 8, 2023 at 10:00 UTC. Any deposits made to the old deposit address after this time will not be credited to your account.
How do I update my deposit address?
To update your deposit address, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your OKX account
- Click on the "Assets" tab
- Click on the "Deposit" button
- Select the cryptocurrency that you want to deposit
- Click on the "Generate new address" button
- Copy the new deposit address and use it to make your deposit
What if I don't update my deposit address?
Any deposits made to the old deposit address after March 8, 2023 at 10:00 UTC will not be credited to your account. You will need to contact OKX customer support to recover your funds.
