How to Convert ETH to USDT on MEXC
Step 1: Sign up for a MEXC account
Visit the MEXC website and click on "Sign Up" to create a new account. You can use your email address or phone number to register.
Step 2: Verify your identity (optional)
To fully verify your MEXC account, you will need to provide a government-issued ID and a utility bill or bank statement. This is optional but recommended for increased security.
Step 3: Deposit ETH into your MEXC account
Go to the "Wallet" tab and click on "Deposit." Select ETH from the cryptocurrency list and provide the wallet address where you want to withdraw ETH from. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and confirm the transaction.
Step 4: Create a spot order
Once your ETH deposit is confirmed, navigate to the "Trade" tab and select "Spot." Search for the ETH/USDT trading pair.
Step 5: Place a buy order for USDT
On the ETH/USDT trading page, click on the "Buy USDT" tab. Enter the amount of ETH you want to convert or the desired amount of USDT you want to receive. Set the order type (e.g., "Market" for instant execution or "Limit" for setting a specific price).
Step 6: Confirm and place the order
Review the order details carefully, including the price, amount, and fees. Click on "Buy USDT" to place the order.
Step 7: Monitor the order execution
The status of your order will be displayed under the "Orders" tab. Once the order is filled, the ETH will be automatically converted to USDT and credited to your MEXC account.
Note: MEXC may charge a small trading fee for converting ETH to USDT. The fee varies depending on the trading pair, the order type, and the market conditions.
