How to Cancel a Pending Transaction on Coinbase
Step 1: Check Transaction Status
- Log in to your Coinbase account.
- Navigate to the "Recent Activity" page.
- Identify the pending transaction you want to cancel.
Step 2: Click the Cancel Button (if available)
- If the transaction is still in the "Pending" status, you may see a "Cancel" button next to it.
- Click the "Cancel" button.
- Confirm your cancellation request.
Step 3: Contact Support (if Cancel Button not available)
- If the "Cancel" button is not available, you need to contact Coinbase support.
Provide the details of the pending transaction, including:
- Transaction hash
- Date and time of transaction
- Amount and currency
Step 4: Wait for Support
- Coinbase support will investigate your request and attempt to cancel the transaction.
- The time it takes to process your request will vary depending on the circumstances.
