How to close positions with AscendEX leverage
To effectively manage risk, traders should familiarize themselves with the process of closing leveraged positions on AscendEX.

AscendEX is a global cryptocurrency exchange offering a variety of trading options, including leveraged trading. Leverage allows traders to increase their potential profits, but it also increases their risk. Therefore, it is important to understand how to close positions with AscendEX leverage in order to minimize losses.
Steps to Close Positions with AscendEX Leverage:- Log in to your AscendEX account.
You can log in to your AscendEX account by visiting the AscendEX website and clicking on the "Log In" button. You will need to enter your email address and password to log in.
- Go to the "Positions" page.
Once you are logged in to your AscendEX account, you can click on the "Positions" tab to view your open positions.
- Select the position you want to close.
On the "Positions" page, you will see a list of all of your open positions. Select the position you want to close by clicking on it.
- Click on the "Close" button.
Once you have selected the position you want to close, you will see a "Close" button next to the position. Click on the "Close" button to close the position.
- Confirm the closing order.
After you click on the "Close" button, you will be prompted to confirm the closing order. Review the order details to make sure that they are correct, and then click on the "Confirm" button to close the position.
- Your position will be closed.
Once you click on the "Confirm" button, your position will be closed. You will see a confirmation message on the "Positions" page, and the position will no longer be listed.
- You will receive the proceeds from the closed position.
The proceeds from the closed position will be credited to your AscendEX account. You can use the proceeds to trade other cryptocurrencies or withdraw them to your bank account.
- You can close a position partially or fully.
- To close a position partially, enter the amount of the position you want to close in the "Quantity" field.
- To close a position fully, leave the "Quantity" field blank.
- You can close a position at any time, but there may be a fee for closing a position before it expires.
- Closing a position with AscendEX leverage is a simple process, but it is important to understand the risks involved before you start trading.
