How to Close a Position with ProBit Global Leverage

Closing a position involves exiting a trade by selling or buying back the asset.

Prerequisites

• Ensure you have an active ProBit Global account.
• You must have an open position that requires closing.

Steps

1. Log into your ProBit Global account through the website.
2. Hover your mouse over the "Margin" tab on the top menu and select "Positions" from the drop-down menu.
3. The "Positions" page displays all your open positions. Locate the specific position you wish to close.
4. The position's details include buttons for closing the position using market orders or limit orders. Select the desired closure method.
5. Closing with Market Order: Click on the "Close Market" button, which instantly closes the position at the current market price.

6- Closing with Limit Order: Click on the "Close Limit" button and specify the price at which you desire to close the position. The position will be closed when the market price reaches or exceeds your set target price.

7. Once you decide on the closure method, confirm the transaction by entering your trading password.
8. After the position is closed, any remaining funds or crypto assets will be credited back to your ProBit Global account's wallet.

• Market orders execute instantaneously, while limit orders depend on market conditions and may take time to fill.
