- Go to the KuCoin website or app and log in with your credentials.
3. Navigate to "Account Security"
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and then select "Account Security."
4. Click on "Close Account"
- Scroll down to the "Close Account" section and click on the "Close Account" button.
5. Confirm Your Password and Login Verification Code
- Enter your password and the login verification code you received on your email or mobile device.
6. Acknowledge the Closure Notice
- Read the closure notice carefully and click on the "I Agree" checkbox.
7. Click on "Confirm"
- Click on the "Confirm" button to close your account.
Important Notes
- Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access it or any of its funds.
- KuCoin may take up to 24 hours to complete the account closure process.
- If you have any outstanding balances, you must withdraw them before closing your account.
