Access your Bybit trading history by logging in, navigating to "Assets" > "Transaction History," or checking the "Order History" tab in Spot, Futures, or Options.

Accessing Your Bybit Trading History
1. Log in to your Bybit account using your registered email and password. Once authenticated, you will be directed to the main dashboard where trading activities are displayed.
2. Navigate to the 'Assets' section located at the top menu bar. Click on it to reveal a dropdown list that includes various financial records such as deposits, withdrawals, and transaction history.
3. Select “Transaction History” from the dropdown. This page provides an overview of all fund movements including transfers, funding payments, and commission deductions related to your trades.
4. To view detailed trade execution records, go to the specific trading interface—whether Spot, Futures, or Options—and locate the “Order” tab typically found at the bottom or side panel of the trading chart.
5. Click on “Order History” within the tab. Here, every executed trade is listed with details like symbol, side (buy/sell), price, quantity, time, and fee incurred.
Understanding Order Records in Different Markets
1. In the Futures trading section, switch between “Trade History” and “Order History.” The former shows only filled orders while the latter includes canceled and partially filled entries.
2. For Spot trading, head to the “Orders” subsection under the market window. You can filter results by time range, order type (limit/market), and symbol for precision.
3. Each record displays the exact timestamp down to the second, allowing users to cross-reference their strategies with market movements during volatile periods.
4. Conditional orders such as take-profit or stop-loss appear under “Conditional Orders” before execution and move to “Order History” once triggered.
5. Use the export function available on most history pages to download CSV files for external analysis or tax reporting purposes.
Security and Privacy Considerations
1. Ensure you are logged in from a trusted device and network when accessing sensitive data like trading records. Public Wi-Fi increases exposure to session hijacking.
2. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through Google Authenticator or SMS to protect account access. Unauthorized logins are less likely when 2FA is active.
3. Regularly review login activity logs found under “Account Settings > Security” to detect any suspicious access attempts.
4. Never share screenshots of your order history publicly, especially if they contain identifiable information such as wallet addresses or profit margins.
5. Clear browser cache after logging out on shared computers to prevent residual data exposure.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far back does Bybit store order history?Bybit retains order and trade records for up to one year. Older data may not be accessible directly through the UI but could be requested via customer support under certain conditions.
Can I see my leverage and margin details in the trade history?Leverage settings are not shown in standard trade history rows. However, these can be inferred by checking the position size relative to collateral used at the time, visible in the closed positions tab for futures contracts.
Why are some orders missing from my history?Orders might not appear if filters are incorrectly set—such as date range or symbol selection. Also, untriggered conditional orders remain in pending status until activation and won’t show in executed trade logs.
Is there an API method to retrieve trading history?Yes, Bybit offers REST APIs that allow developers to fetch historical trades, order records, and transaction logs programmatically. Proper API keys with read permissions must be generated and secured.
