To cancel an order for selling currency on Dubai OKX, log into your account, navigate to Order History, locate the order, click "Cancel Order," confirm cancellation, and verify the status change to "Cancelled" in Order History.

How to Cancel an Order for Selling Currency at Dubai OKX
Step 1: Log in to Your Dubai OKX Account
- Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the Dubai OKX website: https://www.okex.com/
- Enter your login credentials and click "Sign In."
Step 2: Go to the Order History Page
- Once logged in, hover over "Trade" in the top menu bar.
- Select "Order History" from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Locate the Order You Want to Cancel
- On the Order History page, filter the orders by selecting "Selling" and the relevant currency pair.
- Locate the order you want to cancel and click on it to open its details.
Step 4: Click the "Cancel Order" Button
- On the order details page, find the "Cancel Order" button located in the top right corner.
- Click on the button to cancel the order.
Step 5: Confirm Cancellation
- A confirmation window will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation.
- If you're sure you want to cancel the order, click on the "Confirm Cancel Order" button.
Step 6: Check the Order Status
- Once the cancellation is confirmed, the status of the order will change to "Cancelled."
- You can check the updated status in your order history.
Note:
- The "Cancel Order" button may not be available if the order has been executed or is in the process of execution.
- Once an order is cancelled, you will no longer be able to trade the corresponding amount of currency.
- If you're unable to cancel the order through the steps outlined above, please contact OKX customer support for assistance.
