Bybit P2P is a peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplace that allows users to buy and sell cryptocurrencies directly with each other. Transactions are facilitated through Bybit's secure escrow system, ensuring the safety of both parties.
If you need to cancel a Bybit P2P order, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Log in to Your Bybit P2P Account:
Visit the Bybit P2P platform and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to Open/Completed Orders:
From the P2P homepage, click on "Open Orders" or "Completed Orders" depending on the status of the order you want to cancel.
3. Find the Order:
Locate the order you want to cancel in the list of orders displayed.
4. Click on "Cancel Order":
Once you've identified the order, click on the "Cancel Order" button next to it.
5. Confirm Cancellation:
A confirmation dialog will appear. Click on "Cancel" to confirm the cancellation.
Note:
- You can only cancel orders that are in "Open" status.
- Once an order is canceled, you will need to repay any open positions before you can create a new order.
- Refunds for canceled orders may take some time to process.
Additional Information:
- If you cancel an order multiple times, your P2P account may be frozen for security reasons.
- It's recommended to verify your P2P account to increase your limits and reduce the risk of cancelation suspensions.
- Bybit P2P has a dedicated customer support team that can assist you with any issues or queries you may have.
