Getting Started with the Bybit Mobile App
1. Download the official Bybit app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Avoid third-party sources to prevent security risks.
2. Install the application and open it. The interface displays a clean onboarding screen with language selection and region confirmation.
3. Tap “Sign Up” to create a new account. Enter your email address or phone number, set a strong password, and complete the CAPTCHA verification.
4. Verify your identity via SMS or email. A six-digit code will be sent; input it promptly to proceed.
5. Complete basic KYC by uploading a clear photo of your government-issued ID. Some regions require facial verification during this step.
Navigating the Dashboard Interface
1. After login, the home screen shows real-time BTC/USDT price, 24-hour change, and market depth chart.
2. Swipe left or right to access different trading views: Spot, Contract, Options, and Copy Trading tabs.
3. Tap the wallet icon at the bottom right to view asset balances across all account types — Unified, Derivatives, and Spot wallets.

5. Confirm with biometric authentication or PIN. A green success banner appears once the order enters the matching engine.
Managing Risk and Security Settings
1. Go to “Me” > “Security Center” to enable Google Authenticator, SMS backup, and withdrawal whitelist.
2. Set up sub-accounts for separate trading strategies. Each supports independent API keys and withdrawal limits.
3. Activate “Auto-Deleveraging Protection” under contract settings to reduce exposure during extreme volatility.
4. Use the “Risk Calculator” tool to simulate PnL outcomes across varying entry, exit, and funding rates.
5. Review active positions daily via the “Positions” tab where unrealized PnL, margin ratio, and estimated liquidation levels are displayed in real time.
