Bybit Fees: A Comprehensive Breakdown
1. Trading Fees
Bybit charges tiered trading fees based on your 30-day trading volume. The maker fee (fee for placing limit orders) ranges from 0.01% to 0.02%, while the taker fee (fee for placing market orders) ranges from 0.04% to 0.06%.
- Tier 1: Trading volume below 500 BTC: 0.02% maker fee, 0.04% taker fee
- Tier 2: Trading volume between 500 BTC and 2,000 BTC: 0.015% maker fee, 0.03% taker fee
- Tier 3: Trading volume between 2,000 BTC and 5,000 BTC: 0.01% maker fee, 0.02% taker fee
- Tier 4: Trading volume above 5,000 BTC: 0.01% maker fee, 0.02% taker fee
2. Withdrawal Fees
Bybit charges a flat fee for withdrawing cryptocurrencies. The fees vary depending on the coin or token you are withdrawing. For example:
- Bitcoin (BTC): 0.0005 BTC
- Ethereum (ETH): 0.005 ETH
- USDT (TRC20): 1 USDT
- USDT (ERC20): 25 USDT
3. Deposit Fees
Bybit does not charge any deposit fees. You can deposit cryptocurrencies into your Bybit account free of charge.
4. Funding Fees
Bybit charges funding fees on perpetual contracts when the funding rate is positive. This fee is paid by the shorts to the longs and vice versa when the funding rate is negative. The funding rate is calculated every 8 hours.
5. Auto-Deleveraging Fee
In the event of an auto-deleveraging due to insufficient margin, Bybit charges a fee. The fee is calculated as follows:
Auto-Deleveraging Fee = (Executed Quantity Mark Price at Auto-Deleveraging) 0.5%
