Binance Temporarily Suspends EUR Deposits
1. Issue Overview
On June 2, 2023, Binance announced the temporary suspension of Euro (EUR) deposits through the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) system.
2. Affected Services
The suspension applies to:
- EUR deposits via SEPA bank transfers
- Purchases of cryptocurrencies with EUR using SEPA
3. Reason for Suspension
Binance stated that the suspension was due to a "technical upgrade" by their payment provider.
