Binance temporarily suspends EUR deposits through SEPA due to a technical upgrade anticipated to be resolved by June 12th, affecting users intending to deposit EUR using the SEPA system.

On June 2, 2023, Binance announced the temporary suspension of Euro (EUR) deposits through the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) system.
2. Affected ServicesThe suspension applies to:
- EUR deposits via SEPA bank transfers
- Purchases of cryptocurrencies with EUR using SEPA
Binance stated that the suspension was due to a "technical upgrade" by their payment provider.
4. TimelineThe suspension is expected to be lifted on June 12, 2023.
5. Alternative Payment MethodsDuring the suspension period, users can use alternative payment methods to deposit and purchase cryptocurrencies, such as:
- Debit/credit cards
- Other cryptocurrencies
- P2P trading
The suspension may cause temporary inconvenience for users who planned to deposit EUR through SEPA.
7. Binance StatementBinance apologized for any inconvenience the suspension may cause and encouraged users to visit their official website for updates:
