Here's how you can add a Coinbase card to Google Pay:

Open the Google Pay app on your phone.
Tap the "Payment" tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the "+" button in the top right corner.
Tap "Add a card."
Tap "Debit or credit card."
Enter your Coinbase card number, expiration date, and security code.
Tap "Save."

Your Coinbase card will now be added to Google Pay. You can use it to make contactless payments at stores that accept Google Pay.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:

You must have a Coinbase account in order to add a Coinbase card to Google Pay.
Your Coinbase card must be activated before you can add it to Google Pay.
You can only add one Coinbase card to Google Pay at a time.
You can remove your Coinbase card from Google Pay at any time by tapping the card in the Google Pay app and then tapping "Remove."
