How to Add Dogecoin (DOGE) to MetaMask

Step 1: Install MetaMask

Visit the MetaMask website (https://metamask.io/).
Click "Download" and install the appropriate extension for your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave).
Create a new MetaMask account or import an existing one.

Step 2: Set Up Dogecoin on Custom RPC Network

Open MetaMask and click on "Settings."
Scroll down to "Networks" and click on "Add Network."
Enter the following details for the Dogecoin network:
- Network Name: Dogecoin Mainnet
- RPC URL: https://dogecoin.infura.io/v3/
- Chain ID: 100,51
- Symbol: DOGE
- Block Explorer URL: https://dogechain.info/
Click "Save."

Step 3: Import Dogecoin Account

If you have existing Dogecoin funds in a wallet, you can import the private key into MetaMask.
Go to "Import Account" under "Settings" in MetaMask.
Enter your Dogecoin private key and click "Import."

Step 4: Send Dogecoin to MetaMask

Share the Dogecoin wallet address provided by MetaMask with the sender of the funds.
Once the Dogecoin is received, it will appear in your MetaMask balance.

Note:

The option to add Dogecoin to MetaMask using the default settings is not available. You need to set up a custom network for it.
