What is the Issuance Amount of STPT Coins?

Step 1: Understanding STPT Coins

STPT coins, also known as Standard Tokenized Protocol Tokens, are the native cryptocurrency of the Standard Tokenized Protocol (STPT) ecosystem. STPT is a decentralized protocol designed to provide a standardized and secure platform for tokenizing real-world assets. STPT coins are primarily used to facilitate transactions and provide governance rights within the STPT ecosystem.

Step 2: Total Issuance Amount

The total issuance amount of STPT coins is 1,000,000,000 (one billion). This supply is fixed and cannot be increased or decreased.

Step 3: Token Distribution

The issuance of STPT coins is divided into three phases:

  1. Genesis Distribution: 30% (300,000,000 STPT) was distributed to the founding team, early investors, and community contributors.
  2. Public Sale: 50% (500,000,000 STPT) was offered to the public through a series of token sales.
  3. Reserve: 20% (200,000,000 STPT) was allocated to the STPT Foundation for ecosystem development and strategic initiatives.
Step 4: Token Use Cases

STPT coins have multiple use cases within the STPT ecosystem:

  1. Transaction Fees: STPT coins are used to pay transaction fees incurred when executing smart contracts or transferring tokens on the STPT network.
  2. Governance: STPT coin holders have voting rights in the governance process of the STPT protocol. They can participate in decision-making regarding upgrades, protocol parameters, and ecosystem development.
  3. Staking: STPT coins can be staked to earn rewards and contribute to the security and stability of the STPT network.
Step 5: Token Value

The value of STPT coins is determined by market forces, such as supply and demand, utility within the ecosystem, and overall market sentiment. The demand for STPT coins is influenced by its use cases, the growth of the STPT network, and the perceived value of tokenized real-world assets.
