Accessing Your Binance Trade History
1. Log in to your Binance account through the official website or mobile application. Ensure that you are using a secure network to protect your credentials and financial data.
2. Navigate to the 'Wallet' section from the top menu. Within the wallet dashboard, locate and click on 'Transaction History.' This section consolidates various types of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and trades.
3. Select the 'Orders' tab, where you will find multiple subcategories such as 'Spot,' 'Margin,' and 'Futures.' Choose the trading type relevant to your inquiry—most users begin with 'Spot' orders for basic trading history.
4. Once inside the 'Spot' order history, click on 'Trade History.' This will display a detailed list of all executed trades, including the trading pair, price, quantity, fees, and timestamp. You can filter results by date range or specific cryptocurrency pairs to narrow down the data.
5. For advanced filtering, use the search and export functions available on the desktop version. Binance allows users to export their complete trade history in CSV format, which is useful for tax reporting or personal record-keeping.
Verify Trade Details Accurately
1. Each entry in the trade history includes critical information such as the order ID, transaction time down to the second, and the exact amount of base and quote currencies involved. Pay close attention to these details when reconciling trades.
2. The fee structure is also itemized, showing whether BNB was used to pay fees and the corresponding discount applied. This is essential for understanding net gains or losses on each transaction.
3. If you have enabled API trading or used third-party bots, ensure that all trades reflected in the history align with your strategies. Unauthorized activity may appear as unfamiliar entries—immediate investigation is advised.
4. Cross-check large trades with email or app notifications sent by Binance at the time of execution. These external records serve as additional verification layers.
5. In cases of discrepancies, use the 'Support' feature within Binance to open a ticket. Provide the order ID and screenshots of the trade history for faster resolution.
Managing Trade Records Across Devices
1. The Binance mobile app provides the same trade history access as the web platform. Open the app, tap the 'Trade' icon, then proceed to 'Orders' and 'Trade History' for a synchronized view.
2. Ensure that your app is updated to the latest version to avoid interface discrepancies or missing data due to outdated software.
3. Biometric login options on mobile devices add convenience but should be paired with strong two-factor authentication to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive trade records.
4. When switching between devices, allow time for data synchronization. Temporary lags may occur, especially after high-frequency trading sessions.
5. Avoid using public or shared devices to access trade history. Always log out after reviewing data on unfamiliar systems.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does Binance keep trade history? Binance retains trade history for up to one year on the user interface. Older records can be accessed through exported CSV files or by submitting a data request through customer support.
Can I view trade history for deleted trading pairs? Yes. Even if a trading pair is no longer listed on Binance, all historical trades involving that pair remain visible in your trade history as long as the transactions occurred while the pair was active.
Why are some trades missing from my history? Missing trades may result from filtering errors, incorrect account selection (e.g., viewing futures instead of spot), or temporary syncing issues. Verify the trading section and time range. If the issue persists, contact Binance support with specific trade details.
Is trade history available for sub-accounts? Main accounts can view and manage trade history for linked sub-accounts if permissions are granted. Sub-accounts themselves can only access their own trading records unless restricted by the master account’s settings.
