How to Top Up Bitstamp Contract
Step 1: Deposit Funds into Your Bitstamp Fiat Account
- Login to your Bitstamp account and navigate to the "Deposit" page.
- Select your preferred deposit method (SEPA, SWIFT, Rapid Transfer, or Cryptocurrency).
- Enter the desired deposit amount and follow the instructions provided for your chosen deposit method.
- Example: If using SEPA, enter your bank account details and confirm the transfer through your online banking platform.
Step 2: Transfer Funds from Fiat Account to Exchange Wallet
- Once your deposit has processed, navigate to the "Exchange" tab within your Bitstamp account.
- Click on the "Deposit" button and select "USD" (or your relevant fiat currency) as the deposit currency.
- Enter the amount you wish to transfer and confirm the transaction.
- Example: Transfer $100 from your fiat account to your exchange wallet.
Step 3: Purchase USDT on Bitstamp Exchange
- In the "Exchange" tab, search for the USDT/USD trading pair.
- Place a limit buy order for the desired amount of USDT at your specified price.
- Example: Limit buy 500 USDT at $0.995.
Step 4: Transfer USDT to Contract Wallet
- Once your USDT purchase has executed, navigate to the "Wallets" section of your Bitstamp account.
- Select the "USDT" wallet and click on the "Withdraw" button.
- Choose "Bitstamp Contract" as the withdrawal destination and enter the amount of USDT you wish to transfer.
