ProBit Global Contracts Delivery Schedule for the Week

ProBit Global, a highly respected cryptocurrency exchange, adheres to a meticulous schedule for delivering futures contracts. The following comprehensive guide will provide detailed information about the delivery times of contracts for the current week.

1. Delivery Time

  • All ProBit Global contracts, except for perpetual contracts, expire and are settled on a weekly basis.
  • The delivery time for all expiring contracts is 8:00 AM UTC on the settlement date.

2. Settlement Date

  • The settlement date varies depending on the contract type.
  • For most contracts, the settlement date is the Friday of the delivery week.
  • Please refer to the table below for the settlement dates of all available contracts:
Contract TypeWeekly Settlement Date
BTCUSDTFriday
ETHUSDTFriday
BNBUSDTFriday
XRPUSDTFriday
ADAUSDTFriday
DOTUSDTFriday
SOLUSDTFriday
DOGEUSDTFriday
SHIBUSDTFriday
LTCUSDTFriday

3. Perpetual Contracts

  • Perpetual contracts do not have a set expiration date and are traded continuously.
  • Therefore, they are not subject to weekly delivery.

4. Expiry Mechanism

  • For expiring contracts, the exchange automatically closes all open positions at the settlement price on the delivery date.
  • The settlement price is determined based on the spot price of the underlying asset at the time of delivery.

5. Delivery Process

  • If a trader holds a long position in an expiring contract, they will receive the underlying asset at the settlement price.
  • If a trader holds a short position, they will be required to deliver the underlying asset at the settlement price.
  • The delivery process is seamless and fully automated by the exchange.

6. Contract Specifications

  • The contract specifications, including the underlying asset, contract size, leverage ratio, and trading hours, vary for each contract type.
  • Traders are strongly advised to carefully review the contract specifications before entering any trades.

7. Risks Associated with Futures Contracts

  • Futures contracts involve a high level of risk.
  • Leverage trading can amplify both profits and losses.
  • Traders should only trade with capital that they can afford to lose.
