- Download the BigONE app on your mobile device and install it.
- Open the app and click on "Register" to create a new account.
- Enter your email address, create a password, and select a verification method (email/mobile).
- Submit the necessary information and complete the registration process.
- Once your account is created, you will need to verify your identity by completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
- Provide personal information, such as your full name, ID card number, and residential address.
- Upload a photo of your identity document (e.g., passport or driver's license) and submit it for verification.
- Wait for the verification process to complete, which may take up to several hours.
- Log in to your BigONE account on the mobile app.
- Click on the "Assets" tab and select "Deposit."
- Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit and generate a deposit address.
- Copy the deposit address and send the corresponding amount of cryptocurrency from another wallet or exchange.
- Wait for the deposit to be confirmed on the blockchain.
- Alternatively, you can use a credit or debit card to purchase cryptocurrencies directly through the BigONE app.
- Click on the "Trade" tab, select "Buy Crypto," and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase.

- To withdraw funds from your BigONE account, click on the "Assets" tab and select "Withdraw."
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw, select the cryptocurrency, and provide the withdrawal address.
- Confirm the withdrawal and wait for the transaction to be processed.
- Withdrawals may take several hours or even days to complete, depending on the blockchain network.
