Mobile BigONE Contract Operation Process1. Account Registration and KYC Verification
  • Download the BigONE app on your mobile device and install it.
  • Open the app and click on "Register" to create a new account.
  • Enter your email address, create a password, and select a verification method (email/mobile).
  • Submit the necessary information and complete the registration process.
  • Once your account is created, you will need to verify your identity by completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
  • Provide personal information, such as your full name, ID card number, and residential address.
  • Upload a photo of your identity document (e.g., passport or driver's license) and submit it for verification.
  • Wait for the verification process to complete, which may take up to several hours.
2. Funding Your Account
  • Log in to your BigONE account on the mobile app.
  • Click on the "Assets" tab and select "Deposit."
  • Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit and generate a deposit address.
  • Copy the deposit address and send the corresponding amount of cryptocurrency from another wallet or exchange.
  • Wait for the deposit to be confirmed on the blockchain.
  • Alternatively, you can use a credit or debit card to purchase cryptocurrencies directly through the BigONE app.
  • Click on the "Trade" tab, select "Buy Crypto," and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase.
3. Selecting and Trading Contracts
  • Once your account is funded, you can start trading contracts on BigONE.
  • Click on the "Contract" tab on the mobile app.
  • Choose a contract market (e.g., BTCUSDT) and click on it to open the trading interface.
  • The trading interface provides various tools and indicators for technical analysis.
  • You can place different order types, such as limit orders, market orders, and stop orders.
  • Monitor the order book and market depth to assess supply and demand.
4. Managing Risk and Monitoring Positions
  • Contracts trading involves significant risk, so it's crucial to implement a risk management strategy.
  • Set stop-loss orders to limit potential losses.
  • Adjust leverage levels carefully to balance risk and potential rewards.
  • Monitor your positions regularly and close them when necessary.
  • BigONE offers a "Smart Liquidation Protection" feature, which helps prevent unexpected liquidations due to market volatility.
  • The "Risk Management" section in the trading interface provides real-time risk indicators to assist traders in making informed decisions.
5. Withdrawing Funds
  • To withdraw funds from your BigONE account, click on the "Assets" tab and select "Withdraw."
  • Enter the amount you want to withdraw, select the cryptocurrency, and provide the withdrawal address.
  • Confirm the withdrawal and wait for the transaction to be processed.
  • Withdrawals may take several hours or even days to complete, depending on the blockchain network.
  • Ensure that you have sufficient funds available (including applicable withdrawal fees) before initiating a withdrawal request.
  • Double-check the withdrawal address to avoid sending funds to the wrong address.
