Using the MetaMask extension, I initiated a Web3 transaction in USDT, sending funds to another wallet after adding USDT to my MetaMask wallet and connecting it to the Web3 platform.

MetaMask Web3 Transaction Using USDT
Step 1: Install MetaMask
- Visit the MetaMask website and install the extension in your browser.
- Follow the prompts to create a wallet and set up a strong password.
Step 2: Add USDT to MetaMask
- On the MetaMask home page, click "Add Token."
- Search for "USDT" and select "Add Token."
- Confirm the addition and add USDT to your wallet.
Step 3: Acquire USDT
- Purchase USDT through an exchange or from a peer-to-peer marketplace.
- Transfer the USDT to your MetaMask wallet.
Step 4: Initiate Web3 Transaction
- Open a Web3-enabled platform or application.
- Connect your MetaMask wallet by following the on-screen prompts.
- Select "USDT" as the payment currency.
- Enter the recipient's wallet address and the amount of USDT you want to transfer.
- Review and confirm the transaction details.
Step 5: Approve and Send
- MetaMask will request confirmation for the transaction.
- Select your wallet password and click "Approve."
- The transaction will be initiated and broadcasted to the blockchain for processing.
Step 6: Monitor Confirmation
- Check the transaction history in MetaMask to track the progress of your transaction.
- Once confirmed, the USDT will be transferred successfully to the recipient's wallet.
