What is CELR?
CELR is the native cryptocurrency of the Celer Network, a layer-2 scaling platform for decentralized applications (dApps) built on the Ethereum blockchain. CELR is used to power the network's off-chain state channels, which enable fast and low-cost transactions by bundling them together off-chain before finalizing them on the Ethereum blockchain.
