Moneta, the issuer of the MiCA-compliant and fiat-backed stablecoin USDM, has launched retail minting in the U.S., bringing stablecoins closer to the mainstream.

For now, retail minting is available to users in 19 U.S. states, including international visitors who are physically present in one of those states. That means more users can tap into Cardano’s ecosystem without relying on third-party exchanges.
