DeFi multi-asset liquidity hub Astherus, backed by YZi Labs (formerly Binance Labs), is being rebranded as Aster and will focus on becoming the leading decentralized perpetuals exchange (perps DEX).

The rebrand follows the earlier merger between APX and Astherus, which has seen over $258 billion in decentralized perpetual trading volume across both platforms. Aster will offer two seamless trading modes:
