Experts like Kurzweil predict this around mid-century, but realistically, it may occur much sooner. Personally, I estimate an 80–90% probability of AGI emergence by 2050 or earlier. Once this threshold is crossed, humanity's ability to control or significantly influence AI's evolution will rapidly diminish, and the era of AI dominance will begin. Accepting and rationally preparing for this reality is the essence of the AISM Manifesto.
