TRON (TRX) has outperformed leading blockchain networks like Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC), Solana (SOL) and others in terms of on-chain performance.

According to data from Lookonchain, TRON witnessed a massive 46.54% surge in its gas revenue last month. The total revenue generated amounted to approximately $61.43 million. This marks a significant increase compared to the $41.92 million in revenue generated by the platform in July.

Other networks also saw changes in their gas revenue. TRON's competitor, BNB Smart Chain (BSC), saw a 6.63% increase in its revenue in August, generating $11.26 million, up from $10.56 million in July. However, TRON outperformed other notable networks, as Lookonchain's data showed that Ethereum's gas revenue fell 33.44% to $62.61 million, Solana's dropped 48.51% to $25.69 million and Bitcoin's decreased 16.85% to $20.72 million.

Meanwhile, TRON, which was founded by the visionary Justin Sun, has been making headlines with significant developments taking place on the network. Notably, the recent launch of SunPump has been a monumental development for the network. These developments have enabled TRON to witness a major boost in its network activity, outperforming major players in the space.

Among other developments, SunPump has emerged as a huge success for the blockchain platform. Notably, SunPump is a meme coin deployer on the TRON network, enabling users to launch their own meme coins on the TRON network. Justin Sun has been at the forefront, promoting the deployer, and it has seen amazing outcomes unfolding.

As SunPump gains traction, it is pushing TRON to higher ranks among the biggest blockchain networks in the industry. Moreover, it is now emerging as a key player in the meme coin space, which is one of the most thriving sectors of the crypto industry. Overall, on-chain activity is surging on TRON, and its future is looking bright.
