It can also operate on any hardware, ranging from mobile and desktop to edge devices, without a single point of failure or a central entity controlling its operation.

This capability makes Tether AI one of the first decentralized AI platforms to provide direct crypto payment functionality at the protocol level.

Announcing the launch on Monday, Ardoino said that it is a “fully open-source AI runtime, capable of adapting and evolving on any hardware and device, no API keys, no central point of failure, fully modular and composable, WDK-infused to enable USDT and Bitcoin payments and one click deployable on any chain.”

In a separate post on X (written in Italian), Ardoino went on to claim that AI will, in the coming decades, become part of the very fabric of the universe.
