To get the Marksman Rifle, you need to complete Sector 5 of the Season 4 Battle Pass. The Battle Pass is divided into groups of five rewards called sectors, and you need to unlock every reward in a sector to open up adjacent sectors.

Each sector in the Season 4 Battle Pass requires five Battle Token Tier Skips to complete. You will need 15 Battle Token Tier Skips to fully unlock the Marksman Rifle from Sector 1 at the beginning. Sector 5 is near the start of the pass, so you only need to go to the right through Sector 3 to get to the reward group.

Completing games and getting kills will reward you with XP and more Tier Skips, though they can be also purchased individually or as part of the BlackCell Battle Pass Bundle.
