The one-day summit arrives at a pivotal moment for South Korea. The country’s Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) has announced plans to legalize Security Token Offering (STO) platforms by June 2025, positioning South Korea as a global hub for digital asset innovation. MANTRA, along with its co-host BTCON, have leveraged this announcement to highlight the role of key financial institutions and innovators in cutting-edge developments, including stablecoins, policy outlooks, and the growing role of RWAs in fuelling market expansion.
