The previous SEC chair initiated plenty of lawsuits against known crypto companies, while the latter is working on developing a comprehensive regulatory framework for crypto in the United States (USA).

In contrast, the negative Balance Of Power (BOP) metric suggests that the current HBAR price trend is rather indecisive.
