Coin have broken up following recent revelations about two of their band members.

The news was confirmed by the Nashville pop-rock outfit’s frontman Chase Lawrence in a statement on social media yesterday (January 28). It comes after Coin confirmed that they would be heading out on the road without founding drummer Ryan Winnen, who was stepping back from the group “to focus on some personal matters”.

In his latest message – shared on Coin’s official Instagram – Lawrence told fans that he had now also severed ties with guitarist Joe Memmel.

In a joint message posted on January 16, the remaining members of Coin at that point said they were “learning & loving” ahead of their tour without Winnen
