Crypto exchange Bitget has announced the implementation of stricter token listing criteria to safeguard users from high-risk projects and potential exit scams, a press release shared with crypto.news on March 8 has revealed.

According to the announcement, each project seeking to be listed on Bitget will now undergo a comprehensive assessment covering multiple aspects. A rigorous legal review will be conducted to evaluate the project’s code quality, security measures, and regulatory compliance.

발표에 따르면, Bitget에 상장하려는 각 프로젝트는 이제 여러 측면을 포괄하는 종합적인 평가를 받게 됩니다. 프로젝트의 코드 품질, 보안 조치 및 규정 준수를 평가하기 위해 엄격한 법적 검토가 수행됩니다.

Tokenomics will be a key area of focus under the new criteria. Bitget will conduct detailed analyses of token supply, distribution, and the project’s fully diluted valuation (FDV).

토큰경제학은 새로운 기준에 따라 핵심 초점 영역이 될 것입니다. Bitget은 토큰 공급, 유통, 프로젝트의 완전 희석 가치 평가(FDV)에 대한 자세한 분석을 수행합니다.

Projects with an FDV exceeding 20 times the amount raised in their funding rounds will raise red flags, signaling potentially inflated valuations. For instance, a project that raises $5 million should not have an FDV over $100 million, ensuring valuations are aligned with market expectations.

This is an important step to protect our users from projects with high risks. Those that do not meet the standards will not be able to get listed on Bitget,” said Hon Ng, chief legal officer at Bitget.
