Leading enterprise blockchain platform, VeChain, has partnered with industry’s longest-running decentralized interoperability solution, Wanchain, to launch its first-ever cross-chain bridge. The bridge will connect the VeChain ecosystem with major blockchains, including Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana.

The Wanchain Bridge will allow users to transfer assets such as ETH, USDC, USDT, VET, VTHO, B3TR, BTC, SOL, XRP, and WAN. The integration will introduce wrapped versions of USDT and USDC natively onto VeChainThor, VeChain’s sustainable, enterprise-grade and EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain. This will further unlock stablecoin liquidity for decentralized finance, facilitate the creation of new trading pairs, liquidity pools, and lending protocols.
