According to the analyst, the lack of a strong move in the Stellar price is not because the project lacks innovation. The analyst suggests that liquidity is being deliberately held back. In other words, those who control a large amount of Stellar may be preparing for a sudden, calculated move, something that could take the market by surprise. Add to that the fact that 99% of retail traders are not even watching XLM right now, and it becomes a setup that looks perfect for a big shift.
