Sonic SVM, the first SVM chain extension on Solana, today announced a substantial adjustment to its tokenomics with a novel SONIC token value accrual mechanism. The new mechanism will see 50% of all transaction fees, previously burned, used to purchase $SONIC tokens from the open market.
