Swiss blockchain ecosystem Glue Network has announced the integration of BTC.b as its default Bitcoin representation. This move aims to enhance Bitcoin liquidity and provide seamless access to BTC-pegged assets within the Glue ecosystem.

BTC.b is a trustless implementation of Bitcoin on other blockchains, developed by the Avalanche Foundation. By selecting BTC.b as the primary Bitcoin-pegged asset, Glue aims to streamline the user experience of bringing Bitcoin to decentralized finance (DeFi).
