Crypto asset manager Bitwise predicts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and many other altcoins will reach new all-time highs (ATHs) in 2025 amid more favorable crypto policy in the US and increased institutional adoption of the digital asset space.

In its latest report, the firm said that crypto market leaders BTC and ETH could record new price peaks at above $200K and $7K, respectively. Ethereum-killer and layer-1 project Solana could also see its native SOL token surge to $750, Bitwise said.

Bitwise also predicted that Bitcoin’s growth in 2025 will be mainly fueled by an uptick in spot BTC ETF (exchange-traded fund) inflows in the US. This belief is part of a broader sentiment that President-elect Donald Trump will encourage favorable crypto policies when he enters the White House in January.

The asset manager believes that the US Department of Labor, under Trump’s presidency, might also adopt a less adversarial stance toward the digital asset space. This could lead to 401(k) investment plans buying into crypto.

Bitwise says that this initiative, which is currently being pushed by several US politicians, could lead to the number of countries holding the leading crypto rising from 9 to 18 by 2025.

In its report, the asset manager said that stablecoins could see their collective capitalization soar to $400 billion due to clearer US legislation and increasing fintech integrations.

Other predictions made in the report include a meme coin supercycle in 2025 and a rise in Coinbase’s stock to $700 per share, making it one of the most valuable brokerage firms, which might also lead to the stock being added to the S&P 500 index. MicroStrategy is also expected to make its way into the Nasdaq 100 index, according to the asset manager.
