Starting December 23 2024, users can farm BIO tokens by staking BNB and FDUSD in dedicated pools.

BIO protocol is a new financial layer for decentralized science aimed at accelerating the flow of capital and talent into on-chain science.
The protocol is designed to catalyze an on-chain economy of scientific communities (bioDAOs) and create deep, liquid, efficient markets for scientific IP developed by bioDAOs.
In essence, BIO empowers global communities of patients, scientists and biotech investors to collectively fund, build and own tokenized biotech projects and intellectual property (IP).
For example, the protocol is funding cutting-edge research projects like the Pfizer-backed VitaDAO and HairDAO.
The next trillion-dollar drugs are being built onchain.
In 2025, we’ll see swarms of DAOs, protocols and AI agents accelerating research and generating valuable scientific IP.
