LTC’s Breakout Paused: ETF Delay Keeps Price Below $90
Litecoin (LTC) is trading at $88.66, showing a solid 6.33% increase in the last 24 hours. Despite this positive movement, it’s facing resistance near the 89.3 mark, which aligns with the 78.6% Fibonacci retracement level.
The Awesome Oscillator is showing some upward momentum, but the Accumulation/Distribution (A/D) line suggests there’s been weak buying activity over the past month. Together, these indicators suggest that Litecoin might trade in a short-term range between $83.3 and $88.8.
On a related note, the decision on the Litecoin ETF application by Canary Capital, originally expected by May 5, has been delayed. This could dampen the bullish sentiment around LTC and keep its price below the $90 resistance level for now.
Until we see more clarity on the ETF decision, it seems Litecoin will face challenges pushing past this key price point.
