  $SPX - I pointed a few times since the April low that in order to see an intermediate term top the index would have to hit the weekly upper band. That finally happened this week. In case of a bearish reversal next week I would look for a drop to the 20 week MA by late November.

  $SPX - Today's action favors a down day on Monday. We may see another pullback low only if it declines to at least the 20 day MA and certain conditions are met, like a spike in the put/call ratio and a volatility spike, otherwise this could turn into a multi week decline.
