  for being WELL ahead of Wall Street on Small-caps and Kudos for sticking to his guns amidst Criticism. While $IWM had outperformed $RSP since April it's actually outperformed the Tech-heavy $SPX in the last month.

  I’m not sure I’ve ever seen this in my 15 years trading the $VIX. Maybe it’s the potential November showdown with China, or maybe everyone just believes the market is overpriced and a correction is coming. Either way-the $VIX breaks (down), or the $SPX does. This cannot last.
