Spot XRP ETFs Have an 85% Chance of Launching in 2025, Says Bloomberg Intelligence

The chances of seeing a spot XRP ETF hit the market in 2025 have risen again, according to the latest update from Bloomberg Intelligence.

Analysts at the firm now assess an 85% probability of the SEC greenlighting a spot XRP product by year-end, a steeper increment from the 65% likelihood assigned in February.

The analysts, Eric Balchunas and James Seyffart, have also revised their approval odds for other digital asset-backed ETFs.

Their estimations, which factor in recent filings, administrative activity, and broader market trends, are as follows:

* Litecoin: 90%

* Solana: 90%

* Dogecoin: 80%

* Hedera: 80%

* Cardano: 75% for Grayscale’s filing

Among the coins, Litecoin’s chances have been particularly amplified by the CFTC’s classification of LTC as a commodity in March.

Solana, on the other hand, is seeing a surge in institutional interest. The asset’s DeFi and NFT ecosystems are key drivers of its appeal.

Earlier this year, several firms filed for Solana ETFs, and Grayscale has also joined the race with its Cardano ETF application.
