Bvlgari made a spectacular impact at the 2025 Met Gala, unveiling its new Polychroma High Jewelry collection in a global premiere.

Debuted by a star-studded line-up of global ambassadors and friends of the house, the preview marked a significant moment for the Italian luxury maison.

Rooted in the Greek words poly (many) and chromia (colours), the Polychroma collection draws on the language of colour and form to express individuality and movement. Officially set to launch at the end of May, Polychroma is a bold celebration of plurality and vibrant expression. Additionally, two of the five extraordinary “Gallery of Wonders” pieces-masterworks defined by rare gems, exceptional cuts, and breathtaking palettes-made their debut.

Anne Hathaway, a Bvlgari Global Ambassador, debuted the Cosmic Vault Necklace, one of the “Gallery of Wonders” creations. The white gold masterpiece featured a 123.35-carat royal blue sugarloaf sapphire surrounded by sapphires and diamonds, and was completed by rings set with a 13.38-carat oval sapphire and a 3.02-carat oval diamond.

Another ambassador who debuted a necklace set was Chopra Jonas, who unveiled the Magnus Emerald Necklace, highlighted by a 241.04-carat octagonal emerald-the largest faceted stone ever set. It was paired with the Emerald Reflection Ring centered on a 14.88-carat cushion emerald and diamond earrings.

Met Gala co-chair A$AP Rocky brought a bold, masculine edge to the evening’s High Jewellery showcase, wearing a platinum necklace featuring a 12.29-carat pear ruby alongside multiple standout rings.

His accessories also included a pink gold brooch set with a cushion peridot and rubellites, as well as the Octo Finissimo Ultra COSC watch — a limited-edition mechanical timepiece famed for its ultra-thin design and technical precision.

Zendaya, another global brand ambassador for Bvlgari, opted for sculptural elegance with a High Jewellery Serpenti brooch in white gold and diamonds, finished with two buff-top emerald eyes. She matched the piece with a platinum diamond ring and yellow diamond earrings, adding a modern yet refined energy to her ensemble.

Blackpink’s Lisa Manobal honoured Bvlgari’s rich heritage with a Monete necklace crafted in 18kt pink gold, showcasing an ancient silver coin. She styled the look with a Monete ring, B.zero1 ceramic and gold ring, and diamond earrings — balancing historic motifs with contemporary flair.

Monica Barbaro, Friend of the House, debuted a high jewellery Monete brooch in pink gold, set with a silver coin and accented by round, tapered, and pavé-set diamonds. She completed her ensemble with diamond Serpenti rings and elegant diamond studs.

Each piece from the Polychroma collection stands as a testament to Bvlgari’s ability to transform rare gems into emotion-charged works of art, reinforcing the brand’s legacy of innovation, luxury, and creative daring.
