As reported by Gala News, the first leaderboard event in VEXI Villages will offer players the chance to win $GALA tokens. The goal is to keep players motivated by having them fulfill visitor needs and ascend the leaderboard for substantial monthly rewards.

Event Mechanics and Participation

Players can join the leaderboard event through the event menu, where they earn points by managing their cities and meeting the needs of visitors during the event period. More point-earning methods are set to roll out soon.

To quickly gain extra points and improve their ranking, players can utilize special buildings available in the Gala Store.

$GALA Rewards

The leaderboard rewards are designed to encourage participation, with the highest-ranking player set to earn 18,000 $GALA. The rewards decrease in value with each lower rank, with the top 350 players set to receive rewards.

The full rewards breakdown includes 13,000 $GALA for second place, 11,000 for third, and so on, while ranks 201 to 350 will receive 50 $GALA each.

How to Participate

To join, players need to log in to VEXI Villages with their Gala account, earn event points, and aim to rise in the leaderboard. Once the event ends, the $GALA prizes will be credited directly to the players' Gala accounts.

In addition to $GALA tokens, eligible players will also receive a selection of in-game rewards. The community is invited to follow Gala’s Discord and Twitter channels for the announcement of the exact launch date.
