Sunny 106.5 Hosts Its Largest Baby Shower Event to Benefit Baby's Bounty

The city is gearing up for its largest baby shower event, aimed at supporting local families in need of diapers.

The city is getting ready for what might be its largest baby shower event yet, all in support of a great cause: helping local families in need of diapers.

Sunny 106.5 is hosting the annual event to benefit Baby’s Bounty, a local organization that provides diapers and other essential baby care items to families in need.

Joanna Baumann, on-air host of "Sunny Mornings with Joanna and Sean" on Sunny 106.5, shared insights into the event's origins and its mission.

"It's a way for locals to help local families have the diapers they need to care for their babies," she said. "It's something many families need... now more than ever."

The event, now in its fourth year, invites community members to participate by making a $100 diaper or monetary donation. In return, donors will receive show tickets.

For those interested in contributing, the diaper drive will take place at various locations throughout the city.
