According to the cryptocurrency specialized media Cointelegraph on the 26th, it is estimated that World Liberty Financial's portfolio has incurred a loss of approximately $4.28 million (about 6.0 billion KRW) when converted based on the average purchase price.

A project launched by members of the Donald Trump family has reportedly incurred substantial losses, according to a report by crypto outlet Cointelegraph.
The virtual asset (cryptocurrency) project World Liberty Financial (WLFI), led by the Donald Trump family, is experiencing poor investment performance contrary to expectations, reports the cryptocurrency specialized media Cointelegraph on the 26th.
The media outlet estimates that the project's portfolio has suffered a loss of about $4.28 million (approximately 6.1 billion KRW) when converting based on the average purchase price.
Since its official launch in September of last year, WLFI has raised initial funds through a token sale of approximately $550 million. The self-issued WLFI tokens were sold in two rounds but have not yet been listed on major exchanges.
WLFI has used these funds to build a diverse virtual asset portfolio, concentrating on 13 major assets including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USD Coin (USDC). However, the portfolio concentration is high, with the value of individual coins held, other than the top 13 assets, being less than $100,000.
The assets that World Liberty has recorded profits from so far are limited to a few, including Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC), Sei (SEI), and Avalanche (AVAX).
On the other hand, major investment positions such as Mantle (MNT), Movement (MOVE), Ondo (ONDO), and Ethereum (ETH) are showing double-digit losses as of today. In particular, MOVE has seen its value drop by more than 50% compared to the investment amount.
