  JP Morgan: “Fed likely to cut rates in September… Bitcoin could rally like last year.” Lower rates = cheaper money. And when that happens, $BTC and $ETH usually go wild dragging alts with them. Funny how #Altseason always shows up right after everyone swears it’s over.
