Hot take: IF the SEC/U.S. Gov. is truly considering accepting settlement payment from Ripple in the form of $XRP as opposed to cash, they sure as hell aren't going to approve spot ETF's prior, as that would quickly increase the price of XRP and diminish their future returns.
