  For those saying $XRP, $ADA, etc. can't make a reserve without Congressional approval...all I can say is we ain't living in 1789 anymore. Every day the executive branch makes purchases that aren't legislatively approved. You think the Fed follows the 1913 Fed Reserve Act?!?

  Just 6 months ago... $XRP was the most overlooked & disregarded asset in this market. Today... It's one of the best performing assets in the market. Even with all the volatility... It's been fairly stable & has been holding its own better than MOST. It must SUCK to not own
